No Refunds
All services are non-refundable. If you have any concerns please text me directly within 48 hours so I can work with you to make it right.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may result in card on file being charged up to 100% of the scheduled service.
No Shows
No shows will result in card on file being charged up to 100% of the scheduled service.
Late Arrival
If you are 15 minutes late with no communication your appointment will be canceled and treated as a no show/cancellation. This may result in card on file being charged up to 100% of the scheduled service.
